The Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said that 30 to 35 million refugees are heading towards Europe, and this was the reason why boosting the border control had key importance.
In an interview with the Magyar Idok newspaper, Szijjarto stressed that the EU has neglected the protection of its borders and that EU leaders are afraid to call the situation with its real name, because it is much easier to criticize those who do the work.
According to the Hungarian foreign minister, the European leaders are acting on the grounds of false information shared by international media. He said that Hungary understands clearly that Europe cannot receive hundreds of thousands or millions of economic migrants.
"We can control the crisis only if we back and strengthen the Schengen system", Szijjarto said in his interview.
The foreign minister is paying a visit to Belgrade on Friday where he will meet with his Serbian counterpart, Ivica Dacic, and with Serbia's Interior Minister, Nebojsa Stefanovic.
This is quickly turning into a tinder box.

Under normal circumstances that might be true, but the elites will have their daughters and sons and themselves in safe and protected places.
Rush Limbaugh made an interesting comment some weeks ago about how elites in our society have their ‘gated communities’ to live in when things go bad in the world outside. I think he was talking in the context of immigration and what people out in the real world see with all the newcomers in this country.
Of course, the elites that support illegal immigration are shielded from the negative impact like crime and disease.
