Watching live and I caught the open mic comment that “This guy is a freakin rock star”.
I also like the way he left the stage. He didn’t walk off the stage to his left or right, he jumped down and walked into the crowd.
It was perfect! But I didn’t hear anything more that the host calling him a rock star...and boy was that great.
Yes, he jumped down and fell in with the crowd as easily as any celebrity. I don’t understand those who say he is too rigid or cold. I think they just don’t like him and try to persuade others to feel the same.
He told the audience about how, out of 7 billion on earth, the RNC chose Romney, but the way he did it was hysterical. A sense of humor is very important to me. A great mind is also a plus.
