If this contractor won “Wholesaler of the Year”, the corporation would have wanted to know why they were doing so well.
We were a dealer for a large international corporation and won sales awards. Company reps and officials often asked how we were doing it. They want to share with others how to be successful. Awards are definitely not doled out without questions.

We have all been saying that she is quite polished at getting the big job. Once she gets it she is incompetent.

“Fiorina said HP was a large company and it was impossible to know everything going on within the company.”
So freaking what??!! You are the chief executive! It is your job to take the blame, so you had better take the responsibility to exercise your authority to know.
This is just more of Bill Clintoon and Obama, “Gosh, I didn’t know until the newspapers told me”, passing the buck.
We don’t need another liberal in the whitehut!!!

Ouch.
Either Flo was a “token female fgurehead”
Or she was an incompetent CEO.
Her excuse seems to suggest she was just a token female CEO.

This contractor was singled out for sales achievement. It wasn’t like someone who sold the magic mullas a couple of printer cartridges.

And she was fired because the board was sexist. Not because she was clueless and was destroying HP.

She was too busy being important and raking in the bucks. Details are for the little people who are squeezed to make the numbers.
