To which culture were you referring? Is it the culture doing the raping or the culture with the guy behind the rapist holding the rifle?
Some of these sick inhuman savages are high up in the US military.
Worse—The US is propping-up that culture.
This is not new. I read an article a year or so ago that there were a lot of tensions between our officers and the Afghan officers over the dancing boy stuff. It makes our guys sick.
