Sounds like you're not one of those low life HFMs [spit], Most people aren't so that's why it's easy to say let's raise taxes on 'em. Afterwards we can raise taxes on say, businesses importing from China.
Sure, Trump sells Chinese imports but his big holdings in China are hotels. The press attacks him on that point but I call it something in his favor. I mean the guy knows how to make a deal and he knows how money works. All this talk about taxing the HFMs, and Chinese imports is talk because he's making a deal w/ the voters --swapping talk for votes. Afterwards we can all get back to making money and watch Trump do his job while sticking it to the press.
Got to just love that!
You have outed me sir! I am indeed not one of those low life HFMs. Nor do I pretend to know all that much about their affairs, just what I have read the last few weeks.
I do feel though, that if there is to be significant revisions of the tax code, they are probably a good place to start!
I have the cure. Just tax e3veryone at 15%. No more, no less. And I do mean everyone. Trust funds, churches, non-profits, everyone. Then we can all quit whinning about who is paying their fair share.
That’s probably on of the best answers, but maybe not the right question. My thinking is that while the leftwing press is putting out focus on raising taxes, we really need to be looking at cutting spending.
