That's what I was thinking too...I would like to think it's our white hats doing this, but knowing our 'leadership', it's more likely they have our guys working WITH ISIS!

This seems to be independent operatives, but where do they get their ‘sniper rifles’? Or is the reporter just calling any old rifle a ‘sniper’ rifle?....................
