Gator doesn’t believe in Constitutional rights for plebes. Just for LEOs -

http://www.epmpoa.org/?zone=/unionactive/view_article.cfm&homeID=387394

To provide a better layer of protection for their members, the Combined Law Enforcement Association of Texas (CLEAT) has developed a new app. The exclusive mobile phone app, dubbed the “CLEAT Tactical Bag” puts officers who find themselves in critical situations in touch with a CLEAT lawyer almost instantly.

The app uses GPS technology to connect an officer with an on-call attorney after a critical incident. It’s free, easy to use — and it’s the only mobile phone app designed exclusively for law enforcement officers.

“I am referring to the article that supports the basic Constitutional rights for every citizen.”

What about the constitutional right to go to lunch on a Sunday after church without fearing that biker gangs will gun you down?

Who instructs individuals not to cooperate with law enforcement investigations?

The law enforcement lobby, that’s who -

“just as some of the finest and most beloved lifelong friends and siblings I have are those horrible drug-dealing bikers you so stupidly and naively believe are “criminals.” “

I wouldn’t brag about having drug-dealing friends and family ...

“Who instructs individuals not to cooperate with law enforcement investigations?”

Nowhere in your link does it instruct anyone to NOT cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

In fact you link is an acknowledgement that the officer as part of his duty is to file an official report.

“Why would you go to a Breastaraunt have church on Sunday?”

You will have to ask the over 200 bikers that chose to go their instead of being with their families in church.

LOL!

The article that says:

” Many of the bikers present at Twin Peaks may have been nothing more than motorcycle enthusiasts who wear leather vests and club colors as they play the role of biker rebel, but who are not members of criminal motorcycle gangs.”

Duh ... may have been? Duh, they were wearing gang colors.

From their newsroom:

“While the most notorious gang incident of the year was the deadly May 17 Waco shooting between rival motorcycle gangs the Bandidos and the Cossacks that killed nine people, the state report left the Bandidos as a “tier two” gang. It noted that a string of violent episodes preceded the shooting and it was connected with a territorial dispute.”

How about going out into the REAL WORLD and doing your own investigative journalism with applied common sense?

If you DID, you'd know for a fact that the manipulative coverage on this in the MSM has zip to do with left or right and everything to do with manipulation of ignorant, gullible Americans who rely on "journalists" to spoon-feed them rather than their own efforts to know what's going on in the world around them.

If you DID rely on your own efforts rather than spoon-fed pabulum, you'd figure out what the vast majority of Americans who are paying attention already have: that the cops arrested a whole bunch of law-abiding Sunday bikers and are using the MSM to manipulate gullible people into buying a made-in-Hollywood script/meme/myth, including a mind-bogglingly lunatic conspiracy theory that:

-- 177 motorcyclists wearing patches that cops and "informed" people like you are wise to (that's me being sarcastic) as broadcasting their violent criminality ...

-- conspired to commit murder during Sunday brunch in a busy public restaurant in a busy public shopping center in the presence of who knows how many security and cell phone cameras ...

-- at a pre-publicized public COCI meeting as such with a 20-year history of being perfectly peaceful, open to any and all, to discuss political issues affecting motorcycles, and the cops stepped in and ...

-- save the day by shooting and killing nine evil conspiring bikers (they were wearing patches!!!), wounding 18, and slamming 177 people in jail mostly for a month and more (not "days") on million dollar bail.

Really???? You actually think that all 177 of those arrested were "criminal bikers," several of them with NO MOTORCYCLES and a full two thirds with zip criminal records in their homestate of Texas?

You even probably are so gullible that you are willing to believe that although all but one are residents of Texas, that the only reason they don't have arrest/conviction records in Texas for violent crimes such as assault and robbery, is because they cleverly and malevolently work their crimes outside of Texas just to fool the cops!!

Biker-phobic myth swallowers such as you are forced to such ludicrous rationalization because otherwise, you'd have to admit that IF all 177 of these criminals are what LEO/MSM claim they are, then obviously, Texas cops are inept boobs.

How else was it that until March 17, the vast majority were getting away with mayhem even when wearing patches that (for folks "in the know" like yourself) are blinking neon signs with arrows pointing to themselves as active criminal gang members? Texas cops missed them two out of three times before???

Truly, ECO, I can only hope that you are being sarcastic. Because if you seriously deceive yourself as to believe such a line of wholesale horse manure as put forth by conspiracy theorists in LEO ... then you really bode ill for intelligent common-sense conservatism.

Have you ever pondered the difference between a violent criminal and a rebel?

Is your life devoid of outlaws? As opposed to violent criminals?

Or are they one and the same to you?

You should get over this romantization of drug-dealers and criminal gangs. Many deluded women likewise fantasized about Peter Kurten or Richard Ramirez being "rebels". You don't want to be like these brainless groupies.

Here’s some mayhem for you, Gator -

“all 250 lawyers in the district attorney’s office — have been disqualified ...following revelations that the office colluded with the Orange County sheriff’s department to systematically suppress potentially exculpatory evidence in at least three dozen cases, committing what legal scholars have characterized as perjury and obstruction of justice in the process.”

Out of a group of, say, 200 randomly-gathered patched bikers, how many would you say were drug dealers?

"brainless groupies" -- that's a hoot, coming from you! {^)

See, I can't tell whether you're serious or actually believe the crapola you swallow. One way or another, you're a phony. I just can't quite figure out if you're a church lady or a liar.
