Stunning pictures are coming out of Mecca that, if genuine, reveal a stunning level of brutal disregard for human life. Jim Hoft of Gateway Pundit picked up the story, as revealed by tweets from Tarek Fatah:
It is unthinkable that Israel would ever treat dead Muslims in this fashion, but don’t expect Saudi Arabia to come under much fire from the Muslim world.

I’ve seen two threads on this today...and some are saying that this is just a photo of trash clean up at a prior Mecca shindig.

For context: Islam requires that dead bodies be buried by sundown, none of this “keep ‘em in the cooler until relatives can join the wake” et al. Faced with hundreds of corpses littering the grounds of the holiest shrine, getting the job done before dusk was urgent.
Nice to be part of a more considerate culture, one that (IIRC) just last week interred the remains of a WWII soldier, taking whatever pains & however long to arrange proper burial of our own.
Well most landfills do move garbage with a dozer. Not seeing the issue.
Actually they probably declared them all martyrs, so they could bury them this way. Only martyrs are buried as they are, not cleaned up and such. They believe they are assured the virgin assembly line this way.

I’m sure the details get increasingly complicated and offensive, but the short version is “buried by dusk” is an imperative, rapidly decreasing what we’d consider “respect for the deceased” in the process.
Insight into how different cultures treat their dead.
Muslims prefer the communist/socialist/godless approach.
They bulldoze their dead into landfills like so much useless garbage.
Personally, I’d feed the bodies to the hogs.

There is a hierarchy among Muslims.
The highly respected, the Noble Islamic Gentlemen, are naturally at the top of the heap. There is an underclass of nominally religious Islamic men, that subscribe to at least part of the barbaric code that is inscribed in the Koran, but obviously, somebody has to be the spear carriers, and supply additional warm bodies to throw into the breach to protect the Noble Islamic Gentlemen. This probably includes some 90% of all declared Islamic males throughout the world
The next step down would be EVERY female in the entire world that subscribes to the teachings of the Prophet and self-declares themselves to be “Islamic”. In fact, they are little better than the next tier below them, the Dhimmi.
The Dhimmi are made up of those who do not choose to be converted to Islam, and in fact, may be of another religion altogether. They can even (sort of) practice that religion, so long as they acknowledge the moral and metaphysical superiority of the Islamic creed, as delineated in the Koran. But they are subject to an annual tax, jizya or jizyah, a religiously required per capita tax levied by a Muslim state on non-Muslim subjects permanently residing in Muslim lands under Islamic law. Failure to pay is disrespect toward The Prophet, and may be severely punished.
The lowest tier on this hierarchy are the Kufir, the “infidels” or “unbelievers”, who, upon being given the choice of converting to Islam, or subjugation by a Noble Islamic Gentleman, chooses “Neither”. This is grounds for immediate execution, either swiftly, or by some rather more painful means, but always in some great degree of humiliation and degradation. And this is supposed to find favor in the eyes of Allah, which puts some doubt in the degree of divinity that may be associated with that deity.
Technically, they are using a front-loader, not a bulldozer. Probably the most efficient way to get the bodies buried by sundown or whatever their rules dictate.
Yes, it’s very, very nice. I didn’t know that the WWII soldier had been interred with due respect and dignity. Thank you for sharing that.
