I found the stupidity displayed by people who are supposed to be our best and brightest to be simply amazing - for example, looking up his info WHILE THE HEARING WAS ONGOING. Didn’t they think that the queries into the database were recorded (login id, time, subject) and audited?
If this is the best that we have, then we are in much more trouble than even I thought.
Between you, me and everyone here. I don’t think we have the best and brightest, either elected, appointed or hired working in our government. The best and brightest are too busy inventing and improving things in the civilian sector.
