The stage is being set for one of the last of the Bible's prophesied wars. Obama's feckless policy in the Middle East has destabilizing the region causing the Russians and Iranians to step into lead roles in keeping the order. The presence of Russia, armorer of the enemies of Israel, has emboldening the Islamic nations around Israel. Case in point, Mahmoud Abbas, the finance officer of the 1972 Munich Massacre and head of the Palestinian Authority, is openly calling for "Ribat" or religious war to liberate Jerusalem from its Jewish residents. Echoing that sentiment are the Iranians who continue to call for the anihilation of Israel. Additionally, the Kings of Jordan and Saudi Arabia have openly condemned Israeli control of the temple mount.

In Psalms 83, the Psalmist prophesied of a future war in which all the nations around Israel would unite in "Ribat" against Israel. The Psalmist predicts results will be disastrous for those nations, with Damascus Syria, Amman Jordan, and Southern Iran being reduced to rubble. While there have been many middle east wars with some of the actors listed below, never have all the pieces been in place like today. Additionally, never have the cities of Amman and Damascus been completely destroyed. The war is thought to preceded the Russian coalition war listed in Ezekiel 38...
