In Israel EVERYONE packs. I visited Israel a few years ago for my sisters wedding, went to the Wall, saw Soldiers(Both men and women) carrying rifles, no one makes a fuss. Of course everyone over the age of 18(Unless you are very religious) has to join the army so you learn about guns so no matter if you are active military or not you can carry a gun. I tell ya, I have NEVER felt more safe than I did that day when I saw those brave army women carrying their guns, I felt secure and that is the way it should be
