Did Neville Chamberlain get a prize?
You know, I am definitely NOT a fan of Jimmy Carter, but at least his Camp David accords stuck, even AFTER Sadat and Begin were gone from the scene - which IMO was fairly impressive.
I don’t know....I just know that when they gave that to obuma, I quit reading anything about them....
