Outstanding!

The GOP cowers in fear of media disapproval when one of these shootings occurs.

The Donald comes out swinging!

I just told my husband the same thing-he does the opposite of what we’ve come to expect from the GOP. It is delightful!

Even as a Trump supporter, I'm pretty amazed that he is emerging as the most fearless conservative since Ronald Reagan.

Some older Freepers might remember when John Lennon was assassinated in December 1980. Predictably, the media was in a frenzy about how we need more gun control. President-elect at the time, Ronald Reagan, firmly stated that this did not change his views on citizens having the right to bear arms. Then when Reagan himself was nearly assassinated a few months later, he re-affirmed his support of Second Amendment rights, even though other conservatives seemed ready to cave. In fact, he doubled down by saying that criminals would always find a way to find guns so that we needed even more to preserve the rights of law-abiding citizens to arm and protect themselves. That's gutsy.

With Trump, we are seeing that same steadfastness.
