When normal folks are driven to illegal purchase, there will be far more available. Grenades, landmines, full-auto, etc. Criminals do things half-assed, but honest people driven underground are more inventive and have more money, than common criminals.

If you essentially 0 local options....Especially, say, if multiple Counties are ‘dry’; does one drive to the other end of CA?!
