RUSH: The Drive-By Media's got it in its head that it's over, Trump's finished, and he's gonna drop out at some point. Even though he's still leading in every poll, they've assumed a position here that there is an inevitability to Trump dropping out. It's just gonna happen.
They thought it would happen by now. They've tried to make it happen by now and before today, but it hasn't. So they're just assuming that it hasn't happened, and that has become the narrative surrounding the Trump campaign. In fact, they're even getting Trump to talk about it.
You know, Trump says (imitating Trump), "Hey, look, you know, if I do get out of this, you know what's gonna happen? The entire Republican presidential campaign is going to collapse." The people that write about this are incredulous. I think it's at Politico or New York Times, I'm not sure which, they just can't believe the guy's ego. Trump said if he gets out -- and this just feeds the monster.
I think he's toying with them. If he gets out, you know what's gonna happen? The entire Republican campaign is going to implode. There won't be one. The excitement will vanish. There won't be any interest in it. There won't be any reason for anybody to continue following it. There will be a couple of TV networks that fold because with Trump removing himself from the campaign, their ratings will go south so far that nobody will be watching some of these networks. So he's tweaking them in his own way, given their new narrative that it's inevitable that he is going to drop out.

Weeelll, it’s a beautiful day out. Has been for almost four months, but they keep predicting rain that never materializes.
What’s the forecast for tomorrow? Same as last week and yesterday, more rain..
Yep, Trump is playing with the MSM, as he always does, to make them look like fools.
He’s been surging in the tracking polls since the 28th and he knows it.
Soon all the pundits will be completely discredited.
They just do NOT understand contrarians like Trump (and myself, LOL). The more you say that he will do XYZ, the more likely it is that he never will allow himself to do XYZ.
Trump was talking about the other candidates. He said if he drop to 1% like the other candidates, he would drop out, not that he will drop out

After O’Reilly, Bleachblonde came on and acted almost orgasmic as she gleefully announced the IBD and NBC polls. I did not wait around to see if she were getting on her knees to finish the vacuous thoughts of pseudo-good journalism.
If he dropped off to 1% and found no one at his speeches maybe.

I think Trump is a lot smarter than at least I gave him credit for. Look at the Carly thing. It seemed he was such a nice guy ( why would you want to be that in a presidential campaign) to insist Carly be allowed on the stage with the big boys. Then he turns around and makes a remark about her face...I thought he was crazy to do that. Yea right, crazy like a fox...get her up, get her out in the open...now everyone fire away. And all he had to do was sit back and watch without ever taking another shot at the “lady”:)) Not much of a lady it turns out;/

The Trump problem can be solved with a few rigged polls! Have him score low in a few polls-—Let Megyn Kelly tout them on her show—24-7 on MSNBC and CBS/NBC a few comedy shows—like SNL calling Trump a loser—”who can see Russia from Trump Tower” (Ha-ha) Link him to Sarah Palin Gun Nuts and anti-Women. Then he will become dispondent and drop out for the Hillary vs. Bush III Match up that will see Hill in the White House (Where she belongs). Then the Progressives can pardon Obama when his crimes come out.
