You’re referencing the exchange rate.
The dollar continually fluctuates with other currencies.
When we trade with other nations, I want their economy and population to benefit. I want our population and economy to benefit.
Trade won’t always be balanced, but it should be close. Severely lopsided trade overall is destructive.
