I vote to throw both NY and Ca out but add S Florida too.
Easy answer. Turn NYC into a nudist camp. That way the bad guys won’t have a place to hide their weapons.

That's because S fl is a colony of NY. The a..hole new Yorkers who fled NY to florida because of NY's high taxes and massive regulations brought their exact same attitudes with them that made NY into such a mess to start with, and are voting in the same sort of liberal stuff in FL as they voted for in NY. The fouled their nest in NY, fled because it's such a wretched hive of villainy and taxation, and are wasting no time doing the same thing to florida.
