You sound very amusingly like a liberal when you talk that way.
Trump is a gift from God that very few purists recognize. He has been raised up to mock the mockers.
He has sinned. So have we all. If that were the only bar to clear, nobody would clear it.

How about people who actually have found a reason to CARE.Because of Trump? My original opinion about not wanting them voting stands.

Everything the political experts with their whiteboards and policies are doing only increases Trumps popularity.

Trump clearly has staying power. There are very few polls that are showing him softening and most of those have two features that make them suspect. They are either insider posters like the Club for Growth poll and Voter Gravity poll or they are small data set national polls. Trump and Carson both have benefited from attempts of the media to smear them on a variety of issues and Trump is doing an excellent job of shoring up himself on policy. He has released excellent policy papers on immigration, the 2nd amendment, and taxes. Trump is in a very good position where even if he faces some softening in the polls he has many good options to shore them up.
I’m supporting Cruz myself but I’ll support any of the outsiders come the Virginia primary.

Trumps problem is he seems to have a ceiling in head to heads. He can break through that ceiling if he cans the New York wise guy act. If he doesnt he wont.
Yes, we know, he’s falling, he’s cratering, he’ll never file, he’ll never make through the summer, Herman Cain was in the lead, Michelle Bachman was in the lead at this time, Carson is soaring, Kasich got a huge bump from the first debate, Fiorina got a bump from the second debate, Fiorina got another bump from the “face” comment, Jeb is rising, Rubio is soaring, Christie can make a move, Fred Thompson was in the lead at this point, Carson is tied, Carson is in the lead, Trump has plateaued....

Oh don’t get me wrong. I want Trump to lose and he will lose if he get a bit more serious. So hopefully he keeps up the shtick and Cruz is the last man standing. Then I can take pride in casting a vote for a conservative nominee.

Hes getting people who hadnt even been thinking of voting, as well as a goodly share of Reagancrats.Reagancrats eventually became Perotistas and gave us Clinton. Good luck with that. Reagan obliterated Carter, then Mondale. He didn't really need the Reagancrats. Cruz won't need them either.

Yep, if we study hard enough, never fail, every silver lining must, must, must have a cloud!
Only the breathtakingly clueless would think to want to diminish the amount of responsibility taken in the “We The People” aspect of the constitution of the USA.
