Yeonmi was taught to hate Americans. "We have to call all Americans 'bastards'. My math problem was 'you had four American bastards and you could choke two, how many American bastards are left to kill'? People who didn't 'go along' with North Korean thugs were 'extreme' right? Sound familiar? Demonize a group - then call them extreme - then torture and kill them... formula for all totalitarians...
