The reason he didn’t get a beat down OR any condemnation from the myriad of others is that college has likely instituted the “everybody has to be a pu$$y” rule.
Consideration, inclusion, diversity, individual rights (sexual, mental and otherwise), benefit of the doubt and conflict resolution all rolled up into a “I respect you and can I please touch your boob?” mentality.
Had he just been a white kid with an attitude, the campus police would have got him in the first minute. But there must be some kind of “drunk is diversity, too” caveat that was working here....

Watching the video, I wanted to reach into my computer and strangle the punk.

You can hurt your hand and catch all kinds of diseases punching someone in the mouth. Just below the rib cage is much easier on the hand.
So this is university level behavior? Not surprised.
The worst part is that he probably will be pretty successful in life. The sort of insane determination to get Mac&Cheese may eventually translate into the insane determination to make money, that often leads to lots of money. Or jail time.

I agree. He looks like the type of person who you talk to for 30 second and then have an strong urge to grab him by the hair and slam his face into a table repeatedly while you beat him in the head with the receiver of an old style Ma Bell phone set.
Nothing a solid beat-down wouldn’t cure. I’m impressed that the manager kept his cool. I’m sure he wanted to, and could have, delivered the ass-kicking this kid so richly deserved.
He would have been invited to the White House, but he is neither black nor muslim.
I watched the vid and read the charges. Towards the end of the vid just after the manager (that should have cold cocked the little prick) handed him his belongings, he spits at the manager.
I call the UCONN PD yesterday and ask the Sgt if they were going to charge the little puke with assault as spitting at some one in Commie Ct is assault.
He said they would look into it.
On the local news last eve they said further charges may be pending.
I sure hope one is assault as this turd needs to be knocked down a few pegs.

Do you prefer using a plain black phone or one of the "fashion color" models (Princess White, Autumn Gold, Avocado Green, etc.)?
For my purposes, I've found that standard-issue black is easier to clean...
