That won’t ever have happened - people have a highly exaggerated view of Israel’s military capabilities. Israel was never going to bomb Iran and even if they did - they would have done little damage based on how the Iranians spread out the production. Basically, the Iranians bought the Pakistan “Khan” network’s process which is to use thousands of small centrifuges to make weapon’s grade fuel.
I also doubt that Putin and friends do not have a liking for the sound of the call to prayer across the land.
Iran is useful to Putin now. Probably not a permanent condition. He won't care if Iran becomes non nuclear.
