Shooting happened outside an apartment complex, affiliated with the school, and the shooters ran back into the apartment house (their hideout I guess). Anyway they are in custody.
I will say again, the schools are populated with individuals who have no more reason to be there than a moose needs a hat rack. They are unprepared for college or for any career so they enroll in schools, live on pell grants and loans, take remedial classes, and never graduate or if they do have degrees in some worthless subject. The schools of course are complicit in this because they view the students are revenue streams.
If I remember correctly, TSU is the “historically black college” of Houston.
Shootings are pretty much the normal course of business there.
