CAIR is demanding that the girl be arrested and turned over to a Sharia court to be stoned to death because she has disgraced Mahmoud and his family.
I believe that once you hold someone against their will unless it is for justifiable cause such as a citizen’s arrest, it is officially kidnapping.
It is also false imprisonment.
This is thus a sex crime committed during false imprisonment, and kidnapping.
I mention this because many states see crimes as much more serious if several conditions exist. They do here.
This guy should get max time, and I hope they toss al pertinent charges at him to facilitate that.
