Obama is correct...... in his world of black urban subculture detritus, guns are easy to come by. whereas books, there are no books at all because no one there reads

This is the Holy Grail to Barry.

This is how the left attempts to control the narrative.

IE “Gun show loophole”, “Saturday Night Special”, “Cop Killer Bullets”, “Assault Weapons”

All lies to support an agenda that a willing media parrots endlessly.

This is the stupidest thing I’ve heard since the last thing Obama said.

'Easier To Buy a Gun Than Buy A Book'

If anyone believes this – then bullcrap becomes the easiest thing for them to buy…

Got that right; I have so many books I had to box 1/4 of my library up and put it in safe storage, wish I could say the same for my “arsenal”.

Lighten up Barry, you jerk. That’s because your generation doesn’t buy books anymore because most of them can’t read. As to your lie, try buying a gun some time. Buying a book IS easier jerk! Get your ass out of the Oval Office and off the golf course and come down here with the “little people” where the rubber meets the road. You might learn something about REALITY moron.

Utterly stupid.
Buying a gun is exactly as easy as buying a book, if one is willing to compromise.
I can click on Amazon and buy a book in seconds.
Likewise, even in California, I can click on a blackpowder gun on Cabelas and obtain it as conveniently.
For more modern guns of course it can take weeks to get one legally.

It’s easier for his constituents to use a gun than a book.

“It is easier to buy a gun than buy a book.”

Maybe in the hood, yes.

He has a very shallow intellect.

That's not an intellect, just a collection of prejudices and shallow assumptions.

My gun’s been flagged. It’s been in the bathroom.

Good one.

I would like to swap in “flawed” for “shallow”, but other than that I agree with you.

Correct

This is someone who works off a teleprompter and is scripted in everything he does.
It is also parallels his previous comment comparing gun to vegetables.

He is just following Lenin: “A lie told often enough becomes the truth.”

I bet you were one of those people who never really *bought* a gun at Borders.

You just sat around in a comfy chair, looking at it, while eating a scone and drinking hot chocolate.

:-P

After they took the guns, the Nazis burned books.

“It is easier to buy a gun than buy a book.”

That's very true in the da hood...

It would be an interesting study to compare the number of books versus the number of guns in each household in places like Baltimore, East St. Louis, Chicago southside, LA, Memphis...etc

In my home, I would guess it about 50 to 1 (dat be books, not guns)

7 guns, 350 books

Y’know, in progressive cesspits like Chicago, this might be true. After all, there are no consequences for breaking the law.

But down here in the South, we don’t have to fill out forms and do background checks to buy books.

“This statement reflects on Obama’s true intellect.

He has a very shallow intellect.”

It doesn’t even exist.

Ha, my to be read list of books is massive due to amazon and its 1click tab.

To get a gun...no 1click & no instant delivery.

Obama saying nonsense for those who don’t read or own a kindle.
