Well, gee. Maybe we can do away with Columbus Day and have Obama day...in honor of he who has ushered in Obamacare, fomented racial divisiveness, squandered the nation’s monies and given us massive debt, opened our borders to the hordes, appointed ill equipped people as Czars to forward their sick agendas, makes “treaties” with the enemy, and appointed himself as a law unto himself by bypassing the Constitutional dictates. And that’s only the stuff that comes to mind off the top of my head.

I’m certain oClumbus was well versed in germ warfare tactics before he left the European shore.

ubama is an embarrassment to everyone except to muslims and democrats. I am Choctaw. Indians I know are WAY OVER whatever occurred in 1492. I am more pissed off about the billions in stolen timber monies and oil/gas royalties that the Interior Department lost/stole from individuals and tribes from the 1920 to the 1990’s.

The inevitable clash of cultures was hard, but unavoidable. It was a tough life on everyone in 15th through 19th Centuries, unless you were a member of the elite. Some things just don’t change, I guess.

Cortez was able to conquer the Aztecs due in part to the alliances he was able to form with other tribes previously conquered and dominated by the Aztecs. The Aztecs were ruthless in their treatment of other tribes.

Also, “contact” with the native peoples of the America’s brought syphilis and other STD to Europe.

AMERICAN HISTORY PAINTS A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT OF COLUMBUS

Excerpt...
On August 3, 1492, Columbus set sail on the longest voyage to that date out of the sight of land.

Trade winds called “easterlies” pushed Columbus’ ships for five weeks to the Bahamas.

On OCTOBER 12, 1492, Columbus sighted what he thought was India.

He imagined Haiti was Japan and Cuba was the tip of China.

Naming the first island “San Salvador” for the Holy Savior, Columbus wrote of the inhabitants:

“So that they might be well-disposed towards us, for I knew that they were a people to be. ..converted to our Holy Faith rather by love than by force, I gave to some red caps and to others glass beads...

They became so entirely our friends that...I believe that they would easily be made Christians.”

It just feels good to hear you say it. :)

I seriously wish that stupid little lefty teen had just said No to the married African man trying to get in her pants at the U of Hawaii in 1960. If she had just kept her legs crossed she would have made the world a better place.

Obama is a very dangerous man. We have people up here in Canada who believe his lies and now feel that they are being treated unfairly based on his bullshit rhetoric and his f*cking lies. I hate him. I hate the new pope, I gotta change my handle. I hope Trump gets in, if I were American, I would vote for him 10 times over. My dear American friend - save yourselves, the free world needs you!!

The worst we did to the Indians actually sorta pales compared to what they did to each other.

Cortez found many allies in his fight against the Aztecs, among the tribes whose members were often captured to be sacrificed to the Aztec god.
