Bernie Sanders is no longer the most disheveled man in the Green Mountain State.
That honor now belongs to bizarre Hollywood has-been Randy Quaid, the erstwhile B-lister who washed up at the feet of U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents last week and is now an unwilling tenant at a correctional facility in northwest Vermont. For those of you keeping score, this is his third jail trip since last May, but the other two were in Canada.
