The pot growers will simply ignore this. It will impact the enormous industry that has grown up to support grow operations though. Makers of nutrients, lighting, growth media, watering systems, etc. will all have to deal with bureaucrats now.

Marijuana should be regulated the same as cigarettes...control THC levels the same as tar and nicotine, cigarette form only, no candies/cookies/waxes.

Remember, legalization means regulation!

Right. I’m sure the street dealers will just get tied up in knots trying to adhere to all of these new regulations. The illegal growers too. It’s such a sad thing to see such a thriving, new industry reduced to penury by such ridiculous and unnecessary over-regulation.

Send in the armed EPA guys with guns, and tell them to stop the horrible oil and gas production there and oppression of women.

No, they'll be outcompeted by the legal sellers and growers, as happened to bootleggers when Prohibition ended.

Let’s hope that there’s still enough bite left in Prop 215 and SB 420 that MMJ providers can use to continue to serve sick patients who want natural medicine and not state-forced pharmaceuticals.

There is a glimmer hope in the form of statewide propositions to legalize recreational marijuana in California. Our state laws allow citizens to put issues to a plebiscite and put the will of the people over Sacramento’s vested interests.

Amen!
