You can program a robotic weapon to kill indiscriminately. The action it takes is evil from the human perspective. It does not have a perspective (mind) one way or the other.
Muslims are programmed by the Koran. The Koran is a book. Like the robogun it is a thing. Neither good nor evil. The weapons of the koran act with programming, not thought. What they do is likewise evil as humans see it.
