Your "facts" are incorrect. The FACT is that he cannot run again because he is ineligible to SERVE--not that he is ineligible to be elected.
He cannot run for President, and he cannot run as a VP candidate. He can't even be Speaker of the House. He cannot be in the succession anywhere if there is a possibility of rising to that office again.

Same thing was posted here about Clinton in his last yearsI remember that too. Like Bill, I believe Obama is dropping these hints just to get critics riled up. And to stroke his own ego. I believe Obama thought he was gone in 2012 and was ready to leave, but was surprised that the election fraud was successful.
