However, Cheryl Mills, one of two aides, is refusing a request from U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan that she similarly certify that she turned over certain emails and other records in her possession relating to her work at State, reported Politico Saturday. The other aide is Huma Abedin, former Deputy Chief of Staff.

Not appearing completely satisfied with the assurances in the latest round of letters, Sullivan issued an order Friday night instructing State to ask Clinton, Mills and Abedin not to destroy any official records.

Personally, I’ve been very impressed with Judge Sullivan. He’s been fair and favorable to the cases that Judicial Watch has brought (IRS, emails). A LOT of info ... most of it, in fact, has come out of the Judicial Watch cases - they are succeeding where Congress has failed. Hilly is not before Judge Sullivan on criminal charges so there is little he can do to her unless she can be found in contempt of court for some reason. He required her to file a statement regarding her emails & she did ... full of weasel attorney language, but she did do it.
