I’m dreading to see next year’s copays.
Got my 2016 plans a few days ago:

• My PCP visit goes from $15 to $35 - specialist from $40 to $50.
• Outpatient surgery from $600 to 20%.
• MRI, CT-scan, etc., from $50 to 20%.
• Also new this year - $350 deductible for prescriptions before drug coverage begins.

Only good news is max out-of-pocket goes from $6700 to $4000.
