Anything a government does instantly gets “gamed.” Germany will spend the money but it won’t decrease the flood even by one person over not spending the money. It would be MUCH more effective to cut off all welfare payments. They’d leave in droves for greener pastures.
Germany started all this crap by telling these immigrants they would be welcome, now they do this!
