I don't know enough about this to say for sure but offhand I'd say this cop is going down.

There have been a couple of incidents hereabouts in which the use of a taser caused the tasee to get wild rather than to just collapse. Neither induced the cop to shoot the tasee with bullets.

ON a second note, local police here went through a period of driving with their brights on to induce oncoming cars to flash at them whereupon the cars that responded to the cop's brights were ticketed. The sheriff put a stop to that after a few such incidents.
