Turkey has grown increasingly vocal, and even belligerent, in criticizing the Kurds and U.S. military support for their cause in Syria and Iraq. The situation took a disturbing turn when Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu threatened to attack Kurdish fighters in Syria if they are found to be passing American weapons back to Kurdish insurgents in Syria.
As if Syria was not in enough of a military and diplomatic meltdown already, a NATO member is considering bombing the vital U.S. ally on the ground against ISIS while American planes and drones are flying missions out of a Turkish airbase.

Sucks Turkey is in NATO, I’d love to see Russia take over, re-establish Constantinople, and turn Hagia Sophia back into a Christian Church.
Another take on this.
Turkey takes Russia and US to task over their backing of Kurds in Syria
I sure do miss Ronald Reagan.
Obama backs the Kurds? That is new to me, but I am not well and forgetting things.
Brought to you by the Nobel Peace Prize winner.
Thanks liberals. Thanks a lot.
“For if the trumpet gives an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself to the battle?”
Obama can’t even make a good noise on a kazoo.
Huh?
This is also the first time that I have heard that Nobama is backing the Kurds.
If Hussein Obama represents the US in the ME then the Kurds are not US allies because the US allies in the region are the force that has been armed, permitted, and promoted by the US and that is ISIL.
It's the Duchy of Grand Fenwick's big chance!
huh? Since when are we backing Kurds? Does that mean that we have been deceived all this time and the Kurds are actually really bad?
Our “support” for the Kurds has been laughable. Mostly humanitarian supplies and a few arms with occasional air cover. They’ve done most of the effective fighting but they are literally fighting for their and their families lives. ISIS and the Turks hate them.
I voted for Mac against Bammy. But I think Mac has proven himself certifiable enough to start WWIII with Putin. Or WWIV.
Pretty lousy choices, to make an extreme understatement.
Wait!
Turkey is on our side.
Isn’t it?

We need a Who’s Who flow chart to keep up with which group is on what side and who is getting munitions and who is stealing them from those who are getting them.

There’s an election coming up in Turkey and the Ruling Party is down in the polls ,so expect anything
Kick Turkey out of NATO
Don’t get too excited over clueless typos in the Breitbart story. It is outright garbled. The editor should be hired as a speechwriter for Joe Biden.
