CASA GRANDE, AZ - A previously deported felon has been captured after fleeing from a Pinal County Sheriff’s deputy on Wednesday night.
The driver accelerated at a high rate of speed, estimated by the deputy to be over 100 miles per hour. The deputy stopped the pursuit after about a mile due to entering Casa Grande city limits.
Officials say additional deputies responded to the area where the vehicle was last seen and located the abandoned vehicle near Casa Grande. Deputies were able to track the driver to the Living Wellness Center where they contacted the staff.
Deputies contacted the man in the lobby and identified him as Alfredo Valdez Audevez, a 32-year-old Mexican national. He was the registered owner of the black Honda and had the keys in his pocket.
PCSO says a records check on Valdez-Audevez shows his status as “aggravated deported felon.”
Valdez-Audevez told deputies that he was arrested in the past for human smuggling and deported.

The cops and robbers don't mess around south of the border. If they got a gun, they shoot. If they shoot, they kill. Very simple.

A couple of questions I’ve had for a long time...
How do these illegal aliens get approval for auto loans when they don’t have a credit rating history justifying a loan?
Why aren’t the lenders being fined like employers that hire illegals? ....Wait, Obama is not fining such employers, but just ignoring the laws.

Coupla years ago was on 8 about at Gila Bend when I saw about 10 people in black outfits and backpacks marching single file down the road. All ethnically “hispanic” if I engage in a little ethnic profiling.
Right out in the open. Nobody bothering them. Undoubtedly movin’ out to meet their ride at some appointed location.
Undoubtedly! Dressed in black with backpacks means drug mules.
The ‘migrants’ invariably have jeans, white T-shirts, and flannel shirts. I’ve actually seen them on Ft. Huachuca, right before being corralled by the MPs on post.
Couple of ways...there is a shadow economy of Mexicans and their abetters who own car dealerships catering to the 'cash and carry' illegal class. A bunch of them were shut down in Phoenix 3 or so years ago. I'd bet they're back in business.
Referring back to the 'cash and carry' idea; a person smuggling illegals can afford the cash to buy a car outright.
