It’s not our job to have someone else in mind, it’s their job. There are about 240 Republicans in the House; they know each other and they vote for the Speaker, us citizens don’t get that chance. If you have a favorite person in the House give them that name. I’d take Newt Gingrich myself. You don’t have to have someone in Congress be the Speaker.
I would hope for anybody but Ryan who is not an open borders guy in bed with the USCCB, and with the Hispanic Caucus entrenched on the Marxist democrat side of the aisle.

Slick Paul has said no “comprehensive immigration” bills. That leaves the door a mile wide open to drive smaller bills through Congress. Dreamers, etc. BOHICA
