Not just Obama's. Hillary's flying monkeys have been busy too. Try finding the accounts of her being held in contempt of court and fined for shredding the Health Care Task Force records, after the court ruled they were public documents and had to be released.
Is there a statute of limitations? Could President Cruz or Trump assign a special prosecutor?
I hate to burst this bubble, but there is no "revisionist history" about Social Security, other than what a lot of people wanted to believe.
It's always been an inter-generational income transfer scheme. The only asset it has ever owned was the excess that has built up and LOANED to the federal government. That money is now being paid back, with interest, and will be gone by 2034 -- leaving Social Security to cut benefits by about 23% because they can't borrow money.
The letter you used to get from Social Security every year has been saying this for at least a decade. Most people didn't pay attention.
You can blame Congress, because they paid more benefits to your parents and grandparents than Social Security could afford. However, Social Security trustees share some of the blame because they were too optimistic about economic and demographic trends.
Countries like Singapore, Australia, and Chile have replaced their programs similar to Social Security with what amounts to a 401(k) plan:

Whatever lies the creature spewed went right on by. Each time that voice is heard a physical sickness overwhelms me and the device is either turned off or station changed. Just what does it mean when an American citizen finds himself unable to stand the voice and image of the leader of the country? He’s a real Nowhere Man and leader of nobody.
