ake Tapper did not get a chance to question Democrats in their first presidential debate, for some reason, even though he was chosen by CNN for the GOP debate the network broadcast. Perhaps as a consolation prize, he was able to get a one-on-one sit-down interview with Hillary Clinton, and asked her about her email scandal. Before he could even finish his question, she deployed her most feared weapon, the extended cackle-laugh.

Roby pretty much called her on her laughter:
ROBY: Secretary Clinton, I want to follow up on the questions about the night of the attack and decisions made then. You wrote in your book,”Hard Choices,” that you were directing the State Department response the night of September 11th, 2012, but you also stated that you left your office on the night of the attack and went to your home in northwest Washington because you said you knew the next few days were going to be taxing and the department was going to be looking to you.
I want to talk about a few things. Do you have a skiff (ph) in your home?
CLINTON: Yes, I did.
ROBY: OK. And who else was at your home? Were you alone?
CLINTON: I was alone, yes.
ROBY: The whole night?
CLINTON: Yes, the whole night.
(LAUGHTER)
ROBY: I don’t know why that’s funny. I mean, did you have any in-person briefings? I don’t find it funny at all.
CLINTON: I’m sorry — a little note of levity at 7:15, noted for the record.
ROBY: Well, I mean, the reason I say it’s not funny is because it well into the night when our folks on the ground were still in danger. So I don’t think it’s funny to ask you if you were alone the whole night.
CLINTON: Well, Congresswoman, you asked if I had a skiff. I had secure phones. I had other equipment that kept me in touch with the State Department at all times. I did not sleep all night. I was very much focused on what we were doing.
The Clintons absolutely amaze me. Nothing and I do mean nothing sticks to them. From Bill’s expulsion from Oxford to Hillary’s firing from the Watergate investigation all the way to Benghazi. Nothing. Absolutely nothing but money sticks to them.
Now she has added Trey Gowdy’s head up on the trophy wall next to Darrell Issa’s.
God knows that trophy room’s walls must be completely covered with the heads of past investigators.
I think the Beast has emerged from this stronger than ever unless the F.B.I. Is serious about their investigation and uses these additional lies against her.

Since he's a known Clinton donor, we could file that one under "irony".
Actually, the term is SCIF: Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility. It's generally an enclosed area where sensitive information can be safely discussed without being monitored.
I only saw a few minutes of Hillary’s testimony.
This is significant.
It shows that she had a secure (transfers the communications into code) system at her house.
That proves that she understood the need for securing (coding) her communications, but she chose not to.
The thing about secure communications is that the person on the other end of the conversation has to have the coding system, too.
She was knowingly and willfully communicating secret information on a system that wasn’t coded when she had access to a communications system that was coded.
She’s done.
She is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
The question now is:
What will her punishment be?
They must take into account her belligerence in this matter. They must consider her cackling contempt for the laws of our nation and the lives of Americans.
We cannot rule out that Hillary Clinton knowingly and willfully committed espionage against the United States.
That is a hanging offense.

So, in other words it was her PRIVATE THRONE ROOM....aka toilet. I say this only because it seems that is what her respect to any military or security agents mean to her.

Now that would have been interesting if Roby has asked her WHERE her SCIF was located. I’m sure, due to security implications, she would say she couldn’t answer.
As blueunicorn6 so aptly pointed out in a previous post, this certainly “proves that she understood the need for securing (coding) her communications, but she chose not to”.
