"Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) introduced an impeachment resolution Tuesday, days after the Justice Department concluded its investigation into IRS targeting of Tea Party groups with no charges filed." So why not impeach the Attorney General and several of the US Attorneys who made the decision not to prosecute? If IRS Commissioner is guilty of wrongdoing then the Justice Department is guilty of not protecting the public by enforcing the laws.
