Film companies get huge tax credits. If they don't use all the credits they can sell them. On the surface it sounds like corporate welfare but below the surface I bet a lot of palms are getting greased.

More to the point, the RATs give their Marxist buddies in the “film industry” tax credits that they sell ( for a profit ) and then they kick back some those taxpayer dollars to the very RAT politicians who gave them the “tax credits” in the first place. Kinda like Solyndra.
