I have worked in tech for over 20 years, I can tell you that H1B is the BIGGEST SCAM there is.

There is not one single reason any company should be hiring a foreign worker to write code or administer IT under the H1B program. This program as written is soley to be used when you cannot find an american capable of doing the work. There is no shortage of american’s who are capable of doing this sort of work.

The law is violated wholesale and no one cares.. its a complete scam.

H1B is to skilled workers what illegal immigrants are to unskilled.
