I never understood how Barnes and Kondracke made a living as TV pundits. I have never heard either of them say anything that was remotely interesting or insightful.

two commentators that LOOK intelligent.... until they open their mouths

Trump can dance into the White House. Indeed, if he danced at the next ‘debate,’ especially if the panel asks another stupid or irrelevant question like at the last debate...........his votes would probably go up.
Carson (if he continues to attract some money) probably could win, too, at least against Hillary (if the D party machine is crazy enough to nominate her).
imho

I forgot these two old establishment farts were even still around.

Good luck with the book, geezers. Wonder which rich RINO will buy up a truckload to sit in a warehouse.

These guys and their ilk thought Romney was electable.

In fact insisted he was electable. .

In fact claimed till election day that he was a shoo-in.

Kondracke was a noted writer and reporter in the ‘60s and ‘70s, notably heading up The New Republic. Barnes was also with The New Republic, a publication much read by Washington insiders. They are both into their seventies.

I wonder if Kondracke and Barnes get together on Saturday nights to play Classic Canasta with Will and Krauthammer.

I see Trump,Cruz,and Carson as a top 3.

But of the three only Cruz and to a lesser extent Trump have the ability to successfully fill the job of President. I don't understand why people would think Carson could.

The GOP would rather lose to Hillary than win with Cruz, Trump, or Carson.

So true!.

That's because they would rather have things stay the same than change.

My point: The existing pigs do NOT want to lose their position at the feeding trough.
