Apparently so can Lee. I've some of the guys Lee worked with back in his glory days of the early 60s feel like he got away with a lot of theft so maybe he's just one of those guys that never seems to get the short end.

Well, if you have followed Stan Lee’s history at all you would see that he often doesn’t.
He is a petty conman with a string of civil suit losses. I don’t think the judges listen to much of the evidence anymore, they just rule for the plaintiff when he stiffs another mark.
