Did the same with in state gambling and yet we now have casinos ... just give the pot heads some time and pot will be legal here as well. Sad
They also made gambling a monopoly in Ohio with 4 places legal to gamble.
If issue 2 passes, it could be a headache for legalized gambling as it is now written.
