Why is it that negroes can not use the side walk?
Or, in the same vein, why in the devil can't they walk on the proper side of the street? I see them all the time sashaying down the right-hand side of a busy road, continually looking over their left shoulders, rather than just using the left-hand side where they can see what's coming at them. It's the same way with crossing the street. They don't look; they just go right out into traffic.

For the same reason that when one of them is stopped for a minor infraction like a burned out tail light, before it’s over, you’ll find that the car tabs are expired (but naturally it isn’t his car, it’s a friend’s), he’s not wearing his seat belt, there’s no proof of insurance, his license is suspended, he has a bag of weed in plain sight on the console, a piece in his pocket and believe it or not, he’s got felonies.
But doggone it, the Man’s always hassling him.
