Exactly. The banks (stockholders) gained at the expense of the taxpayers. I don’t think the banks were treated fairly in the events leading up to the crisis ( gov’t forcing them to give credit to people that can’t pay it back). Another example of the gov’t screwing up and the people paying for it.
I’ve said it for weeks and I stand by it now: I predict that Ted Cruz will be the stellar candidate who will surprise a lot of people beginning in Iowa, Feb. 1. I predict he will win at least one, maybe two, of the first three Caucus/Primaries and move on to Super Tuesday. Then, it will be “Katy, bar the door.” Just trying to figure out who would be the best Running Mate for him. Carson maybe? Trump would NEVER accept the second spot on a Ticket.
