Cruz was right at the debate when he said that Hillary will be President if GOP has a nominee that supports amnesty
But Cruz does not tell you that he only opposes the pathway to citizenship. He redefines amnesty to only refer to that. Thus Cruz thinks that a candidate can promote granting legal status and creating a second class of permanent resident that won't be granted naturalization and win the Presidency.
