They had a jihadist with a pump shotgun killing people one by one in that theater. A lot fewer could have died.

These guys blew themselves up after they were cornered by the police. It would be possible to shoot them before they could reach their detonator.

- Try to keep the jihadis out.
- Shoot the AK-wielding/grenade-tossing jihiadis when they sneak through or the government invites them in.
