He was never elected. Soros counted the votes in 2008 and 2012.
It was sham however they did it. They are all evil for sure.
Soros will count fewer of the votes this time around but he will count all the votes that are cast on certain of the electronic voting machines. There will also be some millions of newly made citizens such as Clinton employed and deployed in 1996. The outright fraud will be much more intense in 2016 than ever before and the DoJ will be enforcing a ban on IDs at polling places and on asking any prospective voter about his eligibility or whether he has already voted.
