If you are a shooter try this, go for a nice long run, warm up then, max it out the last mile or so to get everything pumping. At this point I put my hands in cold water and towel off, salty sweat;not good.

I had a young employee, big, fast and four years of college rugby. He wanted to leave early one day, and he offered let me shoot an air rifle at him as he ran the 100 yards to the road!
We used to shoot air rifles next to the building at lunch, so I was equipped, and tempted.
I worried about the possible comp claim and declined.
The same individual recently moved into my neighborhood and promptly reminded me of his challenge.
